Chyameya Ledâ âyî was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1191, by Cú̄y Gō̄shī 'Bounty Kira' Rḗ Cä̋mb Gōōkī. The establishment of Chyameya Ledâ âyî was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Cú̄y Gō̄shī 'Bounty Kira' Rḗ Cä̋mb Gōōkī electing to pay people to resettle in Chyameya Ledâ âyî.

Chyameya Ledâ âyî was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Chyameya Ledâ âyî is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Cultural Notes

Two or more groups of citizens within Chyameya Ledâ âyî hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.

The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.
